What do you get when you take a photo with a film camera and a DSLR at the same time? And is that even possible? Oh, it’s possible, and it’s exactly what I set out to do in this PHOTOS BY HAFEY vlog episode.
In this video, I hit the trail with a vintage film camera—a Miranda Auto Sensorex EE from the 1970s—and my Canon 7D Mark II* to capture some sunset landscape shots. But these aren’t your typical landscape photos. For these photos, I use the film camera to compose the shot, then I take a photo of the film camera with my DSLR. Confused? I don’t blame you. It’s easier to understand it if you see it in action so check out the video to see how it all works!
